At Tshirt Store, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Regions
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check our website for specific details on shipping restrictions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the following address: Tshirt Store

Brooklyn, US 21225 - Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Tshirt Store.
